Products & Orders

All Grumpy O.G. products are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual colors, print placement, and final appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment type, and production processes. Prices, product availability, and product offerings may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout. Grumpy O.G. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping times, returns, refunds, replacements, and order issue reviews are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those policies in full.

Payments & Chargebacks

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment providers. Unauthorized chargebacks, bad-faith payment disputes, or abuse of refund systems may result in denial of future service.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, artwork, product concepts, branding, and visual identity associated with Grumpy O.G. are the exclusive property of Grumpy O.G. Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, resale, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Grumpy O.G. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Where applicable, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
