Made-to-Order Shipping Overview

Every Grumpy O.G. product is made to order. This means your item is not pulled from a warehouse shelf. It is produced specifically after your order is placed, then packaged and shipped.

Processing Time

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. Processing time may increase during high-volume seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or supplier delays.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping method.

The estimated full timeline is usually 5–14 business days total from order placement to delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before purchase is completed. If a free-shipping promotion is active, the offer details will appear at checkout.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to populate after your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery.
