Made-to-Order Items

Grumpy O.G. items are made to order through our production partner. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for wrong size selection, wrong color selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Email grumpy.og.clt@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Review & Resolution

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation and production partner review.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We may not be able to replace or refund orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

EU / Northern Ireland Notice

Where required by law, products may include legal consumer warranty protections for product defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect washing, customer damage, misuse, buyer’s remorse, or fading caused by improper care.
