Return Policy

Because all products are made to order through Printify, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery at grumpy.og.clt@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued in accordance with our Printify partner’s policy.
