Production Notice: All Grumpy O.G. products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment. During high-volume periods, production may take up to 10 business days.

Estimated Shipping: United States 3–7 business days, Canada 7–12 business days, International 10–21 business days. Total turnaround is typically 1–2 weeks from order date depending on production queue, destination, and carrier delays.

Before contacting us: Please review your shipping address, check your email for tracking updates, and allow the full production window before requesting an order status update.

Returns & replacements: Because items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, change of mind, or incorrect product/color selection. We will address damaged items, printing defects, and incorrect items shipped.
